ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

1. minimum age requirement: 18 years

submit one of the following as proof of age:
- driver's license
- passport
- social security card
- birth certificate

2. minimum education requirement: high school or equivalent

submit one of the following as proof of education:
- high school diploma
- high school transcripts
- GED certificate
- college diploma
- college transcripts
- proof of foreign education with English translation and equivalency report

3. minimum language requirement
- high-school level written and conversational English comprehension (English as a Second Language (ESL) or multilingual options not available)

4. required enrollment paperwork

submit all of the following:
- completed enrollment agreement
- completed payment plan contract (if applicable)
- completed financial aid review form (if applicable)

5. required enrollment fees

submit all of the following:
- minimum 10% tuition deposit ($495) or full tuition ($4950)
